How much flow do i need going through? Please direct me to a decent pump that will get the job done well. Dont know what kind of set up you have for flow down to the sump but a good rule of thumb is 10 times your tank volume per hour. Doesnt have to be but thats a good start. I would recommend a Mag3 or Mag 5 pump depending on your overflow rate. You are probably looking at $40-$45. Mag pumps are extremely reliable and readily availableat most online stores. Could try Pet Solutions, Premium Aquatics, Aqua Cave or Marine Depot and others but these will give you a feeling for the cost.
