the red lens is a true statement, for some reason these guys cannot see, to them its just brite lunar light. I had one on my smaller tank, there was stuff in there that I didn't even know I had. another thing, they have came out with a red transparent fishing line, fish just cannot see the red. I would, if you try that is, to get some feed-back, love to know what comes out and surprises you.
