Hey thanks for the site, yes rock is still prohibited but under some circumstances (like away from any reef , bare, near beach) it isnt so monitered due to tourists. I wouldnt ever do what alot of tourists do and break of corals to take home or anything like that but I was mainly thinking rubble with no visible growth. I will more than likely just by some base rock in the end anyway. |
