If they're dying that fast it's prolly either your water params or they're not getting enough to eat. you said ur tank is super clean, but u should leave the back glass alone for a while so the snails can eat. main diet is algae if there is none they're gonna die. and mexican turbos can flip themselves back over fairly easily, so if they're falling and staying down they're prolly gonna die.
