Default Angry Damsel questions

So i have had my tank up and running for the past few weeks. I bought two damsels and the LFS told be they were not to aggressive. Well my blue damsel has started to flare up its fins at the other light green damsel. He has also stuck his tail in the sand and stirred it up a few times. I also saw one of my cleaner shrimps curl hi tail up and also stirred up the sand.

Should I be worried, is there something going on in my tank that I should be aware of? My levels are in good shape as I test every day.

Anyone experience this??

I have
Aquapod 24 Gal
MJ 1200 Pump
Zoas
2 Cleaner Shrimp
3 snails
2 Hermit crabs very small

Thanks in Advance...
