Well ........ I would consider it. but it's up to you. your not going to get what you paid for it, and if you keep it you might get a year out of it. Now there has been instances where these things do survive! My 1st coral I ever bought was a flower pot it survived 7 months,that was 2.5 yrs ago. I have not bought another.
I also see in your profile that you have been at this for 3 months? that coral wouldnt last 5 months, it is very delicate. My suggestion is this, spend $50 on a book, and take your time, Every last one of us in this hobby has been where your at, and I know it can be very tempting to buy that pretty coral you see at your LFS. But do that coral a favor, look at it, go home a read about it, then read some more. You will be more informed at what you are buying, and, you can save yourself a lot of headaches and money in the long run.
