Cant tell by the pics. You have the pics on the computer or book and the coral. It should be easy to tell.

And what can I do to keep it alive iv researched a lot and just came to the conclution that they need calcium and other products dosed into the tank along with some direct feedings and the will live

Dont know what you are reading. Did you google or check Wet Web Media for more info? You bought the coral you are probably stuck with it. Its beautiful. Follow the instructions you are reading and enjoy it while it still looks good.
