Ian my friend, you have a long ways to go. but this is such a beautiful hobby, and we ALL MAKE MISTAKES!!!
I have more corals that my tank can handle or more rocks which makes coral placement difficult. I have 2 rather large fish that is always knocking over corals
I have things in my tank that require a high amount of calcium, alkalinity, and no reactor(me) to help keep up with the demand, which makes it rather expensive because I have to buy the stuff to dose the tank, but since I broadcast it, it last a little bit long than a capful here or there.Just hang in there buddy and lets do this thing!
