Default Anenome?

Hey all!
Went to my LFS yesterday to get some rubble as per Ryan's suggestion for my cannister, and I noticed some soft spongy things on one of the pieces of LR so I stuck it in my tank.
A little while later I noticed these....I'm assuming they're some type of tube anenome? Anyone know that they eat? They're kinda small too...the biggest one there is about a half inch tall at best.
Thanks.
