I don't think it is best to get clowns an anemone, esp. if the tank isn't setup for an anemone. Anemones need space, they can multiple and wonder into other corals or powerhead, have special lighting and food needs, many of the natural anemone hosts for most types of clowns can be especially tough to keep or eat fish,etc... Yes, certain types of clowns can be rough on surrogate host corals, but even if you got them an anemone, they may choose not to host in it and remain hosting in something else or the anemone may cause other issues within the tank.
