You would be surprised how many dont relize how salt water recieves oxygen. Its not always the reason but in many cases it is. Also with such little of there tank info then my guess might be just as good as anyone elses.
Its very easy to ask and the answer is just as easy and if it is this then the dure is even easier. Just trying to help.
