Default someone please help

Hello all well I have a 75 gallon reef tank, and I had two clams one a coccra I believe thats the name and another one im not sure what species it is. Well the two clams shared the same peace of rock side by side for months and one day my little coccra clam had fallen off and did not look so good, well the next day it was dead and now my other larger clam is not opeaning up was it once did. My water levels are PH 8.0 Naritie 0 amonia .25 (i know alittle high I have helped that problem)and my temp is 75-78 salt 1.020. I also try to feed the tank DT phitoplantion once a week, and for lighting I have two fictures of PC so four 10,000k and four Atinics. Please if im doing anything wrong can some one help me. Thanks again

-Brian
