Re: build your own nano? I used a glass ten gallon tank from walmart for my nano, it was like $8.75 No complaints but I would still like to have an aquapod or something because you can put the heater and stuff in the filter. I have a HOB filter and a berlin airlift 60 protien skimmer ( takes up a bit of space but seems like a better choice than the fission nano skimmer by current usa because of it's size and it's a triple pas, which makes sense) Lighting is something I havent tackled yet, I'm thinking pc would be fine but would Love to have MH and PC actintics but I'm not sure that there will be room ( I think i can make it work). right now it's set up as a FOWLR but I would realy like to have some soft corals in there when i get better lighting.
But back to your origional question, it can be done. |
