Wow your Anemone is tough to stay put Ahh! Well patience is key with these guy's please do not glue them down. they have needs and they need to find a place thats healthy if not they will move. I have found that a piece of live rock with a crevice that protects thier foot usually give them a good place to take a grab onto they generaly will stay there if the lighting and current is good. persist in positioning your Anemone and he will finaly grab onto something in the area try adjusting your rock arround or increasing current in the tank. Patience wins out! ![]()

Please never super glue an anemone, its foot is almost like our hearts, if that foot were to get a tear it in, it would most likely get affected and die, imagine if we glued you down and you couldnt walk. thats what it would be like for the anemone. it would break free but I'm sure it'd be super stressful to the creature Let it walk around and find its sweet spot. The advice given above is good advice ![]()

That's kinda what I was figuring...I was reading GARF and they put a big tutorial on there on how to do it so wasn't sure. Since I've started I've gotten nothing but sound advice from the folks here so no glue is going to be the way I go. Thanks as usual for everyones advice and guidance. Mattie ((pictures will be forthcoming at the site I made for RB members to post pictures and videos but I'm a bit embarrased right now because of my current brown diatom bloom I'm going through.))

Yeah E. Quadricolor or your more simply known as the rose bubble tip anemone have the ability to clone or split when there is stress added to the tank. Usually the stress is something minor, water change, spike in NO3, or just changing your lights can do it.

Where's the animal rights people when you need them? I can't believe they make such a product. Who ever made it should be super glued to a toilet!
