| Lets start with: was the nem attached at the LFS? If so did they rip the foot while removing it? Secondly a heathly nem should have good color, mouth should be closed, responsive, sticky to the touch. Try placing the nem on a rock where his foot might set inside a crevise. Turn off your power heads for a little while and see what happens but try not to stess him out any more than he is. |

| Is his mouth open or closed? I had a nem that took over a week to attach. He was not doing so well but came around to be a really nice nem. |

| Throw a list of your parameters out here for us to look at. Is he still just laying there. How much flow is in the tank? |
