Default Removing Anemone

Hello everyone. Just wanted to get a bit of advice from all of you with removing my BTA since he has outgrown my tank. I'm selling him along with the Clarkii pair I have for $100 and I don't want to make any potential buyer upset because I stressed him out to much and damaged him in the process. I've read some of the posts here about removing them, but haven't gotten a good feel for what I should do. I wouldn't try to part him from the rock if it wasn't for the fact it was so large. Thanks in advance for the help here.
