Default anenome help

my anenome has been in my tank for about 4 months. 3 days ago he decided to move he moved around for a day and then settled on the glass right near the top at the water line. he has been their for 2 days opens a little. now he has closed completly and shrunk up small. is this normal. perameters are ammonia 0 nitrite o nitrate 10 ph 8.3. lighting is power compacts 150 w though i dont think it is light as he has been fine up until now. any thoughts would be appreciated.
