Default help with getting this thing to come out

so my anemone is some what out but isn't fully out its a long tipped anemone i have him sittin on the bottom any suggestions to getting him out and what i should feed him im hoping my clowns will host but who knows

I think a little more information would be needed to provide any educated advice. What are your water parameters, water flow info, tank size and lighting. Also, was the anemone fully extended when you purchased it?
