Default general question

I just got an anemone for my maroon clown. this is the first time i've started to put anemones into my tank. the clown took to it very quickly. however, when i first introduced it, the clown was aggressive towards it and bit one of the tenticles of the anemone. now its hovering inside the anemone like normal except his movements are very erratic. is this a normal thing for first introducing them??
