Default clown illness

I bought two true perculas from my local fish store about 3 weeks ago and since I got them they have been sick. their symptoms are; white and stringy feces, white spots, not eating, and sometimes they don't really seem to have much energy. I want to try and save the fish, and I just bought a ick treatment, and it seemed to be working for a few days but recently the white spots started to re appear, and one of the perculas tail fin is starting to lose color. please let me know what I can do to save my clown.- thanks
