| I have seen first hand them host a frogspawn. Hammer is like the same thing. Your clowns dont need to host are you aware of that?

| Clowns will host hammers and frogspawns and sometimes mushrooms. This usually irritates the coral. I have also seen mine host a flower pot and killed it!

| I have heard of clowns hosting in a variety of corals such as previously mentioned frogspawn and hammer. To add a few here are others such as torch corals and mushrooms. You can youtube and see a pair of clowns hosting and protecting (against nothing) a torch coral. Very cute to see their defensive positions and wandering through the torch. Steven |

| My oscellaris (false perculas) are hosting my leather. It is very cool to watch. I placed a square flower pot next to the leather, and they are using it to spawn. They started laying eggs at about twelve years old and my female lays close to 1500 eggs at a time. Needless to say, I've got a few thousand babies if anyone is interested. I've also started raising dragonettes but it looks like it will be a while before they are big enough to sell. they are very slow growers. Good luck! Bob |
