It is not having a baby. i think that it is preforming a task called mitoses. Which means that it splits in 2 or more. I have even heard of a split into 4 small ones. Again that is what i think and why i am asking other people on RB.

IT is a bubble tip Anemone. IDK how big they. i have seen some much bigger that this that have not split. I think that it is about the tank. That is just my though idk not an anemone expert haha

i beleive they can get up to 14" in diameter. that is a fairly large anemone. in most tanks though, i dont think they will get past 6-8".

if near the mouth, it keeps getting more and more narrow, it might be in the process of splitting, but as sarha said, i dont think it is either.
