Default new clown staying near the corner of tank

I have a 75 G with alot of live rock, 2 tangs, 1 hog fish, feather duster, emerald crab and spider crab as well as some small hermits. I just got a small clown(3 stripes), no fish are bothering it but at night if doesnt seem to have a place. I will hang out in the top corner of the tank. I check on it very early in the morning and it was 1 inch under water in the top corner of the tank. It hasnt ventured off beyone a 1.5 foot radius of this area. I am wondering if it will get exhausted. It has only been in the tank for 2 nights. Should I do anything here and let it be and see what happens...

Default Re: new clown staying near the corner of tank

My true percula does the same thing at night, it sleeps in the front upper right corner at the waterline. The funny thing is during the day time the perc and my tang hang together (inseparable almost) in the front left corner of the tank, then the tang sleeps behind my power head in the back left corner and the clown goes to opposite corner to sleep.
