 Purple tipped anemone good? bad? Correct me if I'm wrong..just got this guy from LFS. I think he's a purple tipped anemone a.k.a. Condylactis gigantea? I've only heard of them as PINK tip not PURPLE. But the owner of LFS called it purple? Do clown fish like them? Are they a danger to one another? Do hermit crabs eat them? I have a maroon clown and hermit crabs.    |

| Re: Purple tipped anemone good? bad? Sure looks like a condy. If it is, they tend to have a more powerful sting and generally do not host clowns. Your Maroon would be happier with a Bubble Tip Anemone. |
