disc anenome...

I have a bonded pair of maroon clowns which seem to be hosting a disc anenome (mushroom) anybody ever hear of this??? The little male loves his mushroom lol he's always brushing up against it...:rolleyes:

It is not uncommon for clowns to pair up with other types of corals other than anemones. I have seen them actually live inside of leather corals before.

Its cool, but I've heard that they can sometimes kill the coral if they stress it out too much. Is the mushroom staying open even though they clowns are bothering it?

Default Frogs Spawn!

when one of my Anemones perished my clowns found refuge in my Frogs Spawn and Hammer corals. Not good for the corals but they also favored my mushrooms too.

lets see some pics !!!

My female cinnamon clown hosts my rock anemone and my lil male clown just started hosting my purple/green frogspawn..

Given time and the right sized corals, these clowns will host anything I tell ya!!

I have a HUGE green frilly mushroom, my clown's been eye balling that, she seems curious to take a swim through it.. It'd be cool to see her wiggling love in it

I'll try to post some pics, i got a couple with the little male and his mushroom
I added a couple of rock anenomes to the tank this past weekend, we'll see if the clowns find them...
