Default what to feed a BTA

I have a bta for three weeks or so and have been feeding it frozen silversides is that good or should i get something else?

I have feed silversides to mine and they really seem to like that, I also try and squirt some frozen (thawed) mysis or brine shrimp their direction when I feed as well.

Back in the day when I used to feed my anemones, I'd feed them 1/2 a (thawed) silverside, twice a week. That should be plenty. Like Cary says, you can feed them some other types of meaty foods, or like me, if you have strong enough lights, you don't need to feed them at all.

i feed mine krill and spray frozen mysis and brine occasionally

I occasionally (every other to every week) treat my BTA to a 1/2 of shrimp, 1" piece of squid or 1/2 silverside. Good light is a must and my clowns do most of the "manual" feeding. They seem to know when it's hungry!
