Default Easiest anemone

What is the easiest anemone to take care of that clowns usually host?

Probably the Bubble tip anemone, very hardy and a lot (not all) clowns will host them

I don't know too much about anemones, but from what I have read, they require high light and water flow - 10 x the amount of your tank (ex. 40 gal tank - 400 gph), but not directly on the anemone.

I know that a general rule of thumb is to aim for 20-30x water flow. Marine1 may be right about the 10x for the anemone.
