Default Two Black Ocelaris, sick?

I got two of them, new, and are in my qt tank. I have had them in there, 20 long, with a goby as well. I think they are paired up. They look normal every so often, but especially after dark, and I turn bright lights on, they look pail in color, and very sluggish, then seem to liven up. Is this normal?

Another worrisome thing is that the larger for the two, has a whitish bump (looks like a zit) on its chin. It has been there for a while and grew and has stopped growing, and looks as if it is NOT effecting the fish at all. Still eating and all.

My tank set up is 20 long, glass top, a hang on 20 power filter hagen aquaclear with carbon, bio material and the sponge, and I also have a foam filter cylinder in there with a marineland maxi-jet on it. I sued bio spira to start it out, and have a heater on there as well of course. All tests seems fine and I do water change and clean bottom of junk every couple days, like maybe every 4 days.

Hmm, a picture of the white bumb would be great. Here is a link to WWM's clownfish disease page that should help :
