Default Doctors Foster and Smith

Just thought I would let everyone out there know, I am going to make a trial run up to Rhinelander, WI to Live Aquarias store. I hope I see what I am anticipating. If you are all interested I will let you know what I see.

Just got back from up there at there shop. I was impressed with their prices, but there shop was very small. It would appear to me that they do more with the catalog/internet market than the local shop. They had only two small prop tanks, and about 6-8 small 10 gal salt water tanks. My LFS that I use in Janesville has more than they had. All though they did have a real nice red mushroom rock, with3 large mushrooms for $19.95, but it looked like it had a big metalic bubble on it, and I remember someone talking about these and them possibly being bad. I think I am convinced that I am going strickly online ordering for now on. Keith I am warning you I might want to put up a prop tank. So I might have a lot of Q's for ya.

The greenish-metallic bubble you're referring to is commonly called green bubble algae. It isn't bad as much as it isn't aesthetically pleasing. Also, if it spreads it can be a hassle to control.

Thanks for the identification. I really thought about getting it, but when I saw that on the piece it kept turning me off. The red mushrooms where very good looking though.
