Sept.30 Shook some detritus out of the chaeto and cleaned the fuge sponge a few times. Skimmer at 15%. Large hermit molted. Turned over the surface of the substrate. Dosed 0.8mL VSV. Noticed there is no protein at the surface of the display. Fed flake only.

Oct. 01 Tested some parameters. Phosphate 0.1 ppm, Nitrate 0ppm, Nitrite 0ppm, Calcium 460. Didn’t feed. Didn’t dose VSV. Felt sick

Oct. 02 Fed 2 blood worms. Noticed some protein on the display surface. Cut VSV...

New Aquapod 24 Instructions (if you can call them that)

Posted 04-20-2009 at 12:30 AM by newbie123

I just bought a new Aquapod 24 gallon Model #7051. I have read the instructions but can't make any sense out of them. Maybe you guys or gals can help. I would like a Seahorse tank and don't really know how to start. What filter media should I use? Should I use bio-balls, ceramic and the sponge? I would really appreciate any feedback you can give. Thanks.
