Reef Builders - The Source for Reef Keeping Information

Just a note to say how much I enjoy Reef Builders. My new 115 gallon FLR is up and running. Have 5 new fish to start. A Rock Beauty, a blue tang. a wrasse, a butterfly fish, and a small blue fish which right now I can't remember his name. Also have live rock, starfish, hermit crabs and fighting conchs. I love my fish. I also enjoy the pictures on Reef Builders of the many aquarims.

I have been reading that over time bioballs are bad. I have them and are having difficulty controlling pH even with weekly water changes. I am starting to thing I have problems with my balls! Can any one tell me how to clean my balls?
