Post some pictures of your prop setups

Here is my simple prop setup :

Basic 10 gallon tank, with a small sand bed, lots of rubble rock, and a shelf rack I made out of egg crate, maxi-jet 400 for a powerhead and a simper emperor 280 filter with no bio-wheel, just carbon and a filter pad. lighting is a 2x40watt Power Compact orbit fixture with two 10k daylight bulbs... Everthing I put in here so far has been doing remarkably well.. no sps (cept for some dead frags I use as rubble)

Those who have larger tank setups should look into a small prop, these things pay for themselves, and you can sell small frags and also trade them in to your local store for credit towards things you need like food, and even other corals It pays off, plus it helps to aqua-culture some stuff, less dependency on wild caught items

This is a very cool idea. I'll have to start thinking about doing this once my tank starts up. I mean, heck...I might be able to pay for most of my fish this way.

gawd i feel like an idiot. with three tens in my basement sitting idle and two protien skimmers that are good but just sitting after upgrades there is not much reason why not. THANKS now the wife can stop hounding me over the cost if i can have a way to offset it.

they're both airstone driven, in tank mount. berlin model from i think Red Sea. if you want it i think i can part with one. but like i said airstone driven. hell i think they are like thirty bucks new. but for a prop tank that won't be on display i believe it should suffice.
