lighting for optimal sps growth
hey i was wondering if any one could help me with what would be the best lighting for optimal sps growth. i am thinking of starting a frag farm!!

MH's, or T5's. I would get MH's in 10k spectrum. Those always seem to grow the most for me.

For SPS i would go for a couple of 250 or 400 watt metal halides to get max growth and to get the colors really showing .14k's would do the job nicely

T5's would work nice and be good on the electric bill..LOL Halides, if you want to go that route would probably be the best.

Sps you would definitly need MH and look for about 6W per gallon. Frags of these grow rapidly under the correct water params.

I have mostly SPS's and I run MH with VHO actinics. The SPS's like alot of blue....So I would recommend running both.
