 lighting for optimal sps growth hey i was wondering if any one could help me with what would be the best lighting for optimal sps growth. i am thinking of starting a frag farm!! shotto  |

| MH's, or T5's. I would get MH's in 10k spectrum. Those always seem to grow the most for me. |

| For SPS i would go for a couple of 250 or 400 watt metal halides to get max growth and to get the colors really showing .14k's would do the job nicely  Good luck Ollie |

| T5's would work nice and be good on the electric bill..LOL Halides, if you want to go that route would probably be the best. |

| Sps you would definitly need MH and look for about 6W per gallon. Frags of these grow rapidly under the correct water params. |

| I have mostly SPS's and I run MH with VHO actinics. The SPS's like alot of blue....So I would recommend running both. |
