Default removing brown mushrooms

just purchased 5 nice brown mushrooms,,, they must be cultured because their on a piece of hard rubber,,, tied down by string,,,

would like to take them off, and put them on the live rock,,, any idea's. Thanks!

you could wait for at least 3-4 months for them to get use to your tank and then make some cuttings or place them near live rock and hope they multiply to the nearby rocks.

Hi, I realize this may have come too late, but I was wondering if you tried cutting the string, perhaps they are not grown to the rubber, only tied to it, then place them near LR and they should attatch by themselves if they are not in too much current.

You can use a razor and cut them at their base, use string/ rubber band ta re attach to lr

how long does it take for a mushroom to reattch to live rock?
