 How many times will a mushroom split?? I got some purple mushrooms not to long ago and the biggest one jumped to another rock and was huge for a couple of days and than it moved and low and be hold there was a little purple speck on the rock which now is the size of a dime  . Just wondering if this big one will keep doing this as long as my tank conditions are good?? |

| Re: How many times will a mushroom split?? Do shrooms split on there own, I also just had this happen, I now count 3 tiny new shrooms.. Whats the deal they multiply on there own, no cutting needed by me??? I'm actually new to shrooms, funny as there so dang easy..

| Re: How many times will a mushroom split?? There was a recent issue of Coral magazine where they teach you how to safely euthanise your shrooms because they can become quite invasive. Seems multiple reproduction is not much of an issue! |
