| You may want to get you calcium checked by another person with a different test kit. Sometimes test kits can be lemons. As for the shroom, hard to tell what could be wrong. Is it near any other typs of coral? It might turn white if stung by another coral. Other than that, I cant really think of what else it could be.

| Thanks Elliott, I need to replace my CA test kit anyway cause it;s about empty. These shrooms are not near other corals. Hopefully the new tests will tell me more. Do you test for Magnesium ? I have not but wondering if I should |

| I do not, but should. I will order one next time I get some new equipment online, that time just hasnt happened yet. What could be causing the shrooms to bleach is the lighting change. Try to move the shrooms to the very bottom of the tank and see if that will help. In this kind of situation, only time will tell.
