| IMO, a 10 gallon tank is awfully small for a fuge, but in this case I would say a low gph pump, like a Mag3 or Rio 1400 should be suffice, but still get a flow controller in-line on the hose with plastic hose clamps; especially for the Mag3. The baffles can be pre-cut glass from Lowes or Home Depot with regular silicone sealant from your LFS or Lowes also. Finally, I personally think that if you have a little more space to work with, I would get a 20 L tank; it will give you so much more room to make your fuge area, return pump area, HOB skimmer location and perhaps your heater too.
