Default Spare parts Refugium?

So I was entertain'n the idea of making a refugium out of the 10g tank I have sitting here doing nothing while also using the filter and the 30g(200gph) filter I have.

I would tap the side of the 30g filter I have for the entry line, use 2 filter pads to slow water from the filter exit. Then use the little 10g filter for the return.

I'd also keep the protein skimmer still HOB and I will also still use the Emperor 400 bio-wheel for filtration, because the 10g tank is so small and also I have limited space underneath my tank, any thoughts?

My 3 questions are:

What size pump for the return?

Where would I go to, for the baffles?

And what are your thoughts on this ?

IMO, a 10 gallon tank is awfully small for a fuge, but in this case I would say a low gph pump, like a Mag3 or Rio 1400 should be suffice, but still get a flow controller in-line on the hose with plastic hose clamps; especially for the Mag3. The baffles can be pre-cut glass from Lowes or Home Depot with regular silicone sealant from your LFS or Lowes also. Finally, I personally think that if you have a little more space to work with, I would get a 20 L tank; it will give you so much more room to make your fuge area, return pump area, HOB skimmer location and perhaps your heater too.
