Default How to attach mesh to PPW?

ATB’s new Mini Airstar with Large pinwheel+mesh seen | Reef Builders

Does anyone know how he attached the mesh to his PPW?
I assume fishing line, but it looks like he just stuck it in between the pins.
Thanks.

Cut the piece out, measure, some use super glue to attach but i don't recommend that. The biggest thing would be fitting it correctly.

I just added one layer of mesh to a large PPW sicce and it starts everytime, and pulls 35scfh at 23 watts. Also, the skimmate is looking at lot better than it did with a 45scfh MW.

The propper way, would be cut all the pins off and add 3 layers of enkamat pf4. The best out there. Using a pin wheel with mesh will prolly skim better but draw a significant. More amount of watts. Turning. It into heat and premature pump failure..
