Default CA Reactor plans

I'm looking for a good CA reactor plan. I have most of the tools needed (if not it's the perfect excuse to go out and get some new tools , and I've been told that I'm somewhat handy...so why not try building my own right?

I've built several and honestly unless your wanting the tools are you already have most of them, I would just buy one. There are several that just plain stink. Just copy Geo and you can't go wrong. Everyone else did :>

Get one with 3/8 to 1/4" acrylic walls. Precision Marine and GEO are both excellent. I prefer eheim untility pumps. I've built several and sold them all with not complaints as I'm handy too. It came out to about $10/hr. and risk of ruining expensive plastic.

What is really neat is the new electronic CO2 controller from Marine Depot. If you can have electonic control over CO2 you can nail supply and demand usually. I waiting for some recent reviews.

I'm buying a used Korallin C-1502 with pump, regulator, C02 tank, bubble counter, etc. for $300...I would have liked to make one but this sounds like a good deal. The package goes for $612 at MarineDepot.
