Default Motor/pulley?

Ok so i made my own hood. Its flaw is that the lights fit in so tightly that they have to go in to the hood an odd way from the bottom of it. So when i want to work in the tank, i need to pull out the cords and remove the entire hood/light set up. Its not a huge deal, i would just rather not do it. So i want to build a frame to put on the ceiling above the tank, which would house a pulley system and cables to lift this up, to give me room to work. My question is, where can i get a small motor that i can use to raise and lower the hood. The idea is that one central cable would coil around a spool on the motor.

I may be crazy but how about something like this HDC 12 Volt Winch you would need a 12v power supply or battery and charger. But it may still be cheaper in the long run and it has the guts to pick up your hood and you at the same time. It looks like you could take the handle off to make it look better. Just keep it in case you should ever need it.

YEa that woulda been perfect....but i had to scrap my hood. So much work to. I built it to hold my lights still be compact. Well i was cleaning and knocked my lights in the tank. Thank god for my gfi, it saved me and my equipment. So now the lights are mounted onto the tank with the brackets it comes with, and the hood is too short to cut the insides to fit over it.
