Default Sump Room

I have a 180 gallon tank and about 70 gallon sump along with a 15 gallon fuge.
I am working on "sealing" the room. It is in the basement. The whole setup is in the basement, I made it in wall so the entire tank setup is in a room about 5' X 12'. I am curious as to how much I should worry about humidity. I have installed the new and improved dry wall that is made of fiberglass, moisture and mold resistant, in the ceiling and on the inside walls. I have also painted the stand and the back side of the room has a moisture and insulation barrier. Do I need to do anything else?

I have read some people use the "plastic walling" but I think that would cause a rain forest effect.

So what are the opinions on this?

My fish room is always dry, but it hasn't been around during a summer yet. Everyone in my area that has fish rooms say that the heat is more of an issue that the humidity. I use an CAP AIR-1 humidity/temp controller that kicks an exhaust fan on whenever either my humidity or temp rises above my set points.

I live in FL and I have a 100 gallon rubbermaid sump w/ 15 gallon fuge that doesn't seem to cause any humidity issues. I guess if you wanted to be extra careful you could use "Green board." This is drywall that is used in wet environments like bathrooms.
