Default Need help with lighting a 125g

I have recently purchased a 125 gallon tank that I will be using for saltwater. I would like to have some coral as well as some fish. I am building a woden cover which will house my lighting. I was thinking of running 2- 3 foot t5 bulbs on each side. One 10,000k, and one blue actinic per side. I am wondering if this will be sufficient for my needs, what type of ballast should I look for, etc. Thanks for any input.

I'd go with at least 3x175 metal halides with 4x96 power compact actintics OR t-5 actintics

3x250 would always ROCK too
