ok guys i am going to build a 135 gal tank from acrylic. 6'x2'x1.5'. The question i have is what size sump should i have. I am thinking about using my old 40 gal aga for the job. Is that goimng to be too small? I have never had a tank this big so i have a few more questions. What size pump would i need, ( reef with mixed sps, lps, softies). since this is custom tank i can drill holes where i want for flow i am open for suggestions with that. lastly i am going to go with 6x HO t5 actnics and 2x250w MH and AquaC EV120 Protein Skimmer w/ JG Fitting + Mag-Drive 5 Pump? sounds good so far?

40 gallon sump is good, but bigger is better if you can fit it.

Sounds like a great project. Curious, since we are in the same area, where are you getting your tank form?
