| ok I have a emp. 400 or something like that biowheel filter on the back of my tank, as well as a tidepool2 system under the tank. I have taken the biowheel in the tidepool out and replaced it with LR. I have a PS in the tidepool as well. I will be doing a refugium down the line, with sand and cheato under the tank, taking the tidepool system out. I was wondering would I still need to have the emp. 400 filter on the back of my tank still or can I take it down. I think it has added the microbubbles to my tank. or is there a way to stop the microbubbles while keeping all the filter systems I have. I know the more filter systems the better. |
