Default DIY Frag Setup?

While I patiently let my tank get some age on it, (and pad the wallet) I was thinking about harvesting a few small pieces from the local reefs which have alot of broken pieces laying around the edges. Dr. Fosters and Smith have a nice little kit for making new plugs. I was intrested in possibly trying to start a frag tank, but wanted a simple explenation as to what set-up would do.
I was thinking of making my own tanks, a 36"L x 12" W x 10" D. I was going to use a water pump to filter water through a seperate live rock tank and an OTW filter. I plan on using several powerheads and lighting with this a 156w 2x 39W T5 12000K bulb, 2x 39W T5 Actinic Blue True 03 bulb, 3x Bluemoon Double LED.
I have some intrest in even reintroducing some plugs to local reefs on a deserted military fort island. (eggmont for any who know) .
Any ideas or options I should look in to? Thanks

Well....yes....ummmm....c ould try and look in the "Coral Propagation and Aquaculture Forum". Might be something there . Just scroll down and you will see it.

Could Google "coral propagation".
Could Google "any coral" propagation.
Could Google "how to frag any coral"

Lots of stuff out there including videos of some. Some people have taken pics of there frags setups and posted them in the forum I listed above.
