is this to good of a price?? is it worth buying ????? what are your thoughts on it???

it would be for for my 40 gallon tank

and if it is good is it to much light ??

I know nothing about lighting other than what everyone has told me, 5-8 watts per gallon is good Id say you will have more than enough with that. But again dont listen to me very much.

I would say 10.3 wpg is too much and you will burn your corals or bleach them out.

I think that would be okay just think about heat and a good acclimation plan for the corals..
