I also have the nova extreme pro.

Pros: cheapest T5 light set with good wattage
individual reflectors
comes with stand
runs at cool temperature
two seperate cords, one goes to four lights, the other to two so you can set each to go on/off at different times
comes with sliding cover that is easy to clean
Makes a nice shimmer in my deep 55gal tank
Soft corals and lps doing well.

Cons: not contoured like the aquatinics so some of the reflected light spills around the outside of the tank therefore probably losing some of that lighting whereas the aquatinic set puts all reflected light into the tank. (can't remember if tek set is contoured as well).

Overall: I am very satisfied with my light set and don't feel I'll need to upgrade or add more lighting, except maybe a moon led light. If I DID have the money, I would have gone with the aquatinic set, however, being on a tight budget, this is a great set that, so far has worked well for my system.

Please note the carpet anemone in my avatar picture did very well with my lights when I had him; he now happily resides in the larger tank of William1 who also has T5 lights but I believe he has the tek set. The anemone was at the bottom of my tank and never moved so I assume the lighting (and flow) were both good for him, and my tank is pretty deep. Just thought I'd note that.
