 thinking about bulding a sump but have questions... i am thinking about bulding it on the side of my tank not the bottom and putting it on a small stand so its a little higher than my tank and then drilling two holes in the 10 gallon and putting pipes threw them like the hang ons do so theres no overflow and using a Rio as a pump so does this sound ok like can it spill in a power outage ? or any thing else ??
