Default sump/refuge help

I'm tired of fighting my nitrates so I'm going to build a sump/refuge. I'm going with a 40g long because that size will fit nicely inside the stand of my 125g DT.
I'm going to build it just like this:http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/i...s/100_0467.jpg
Water in and equipment on left, return pump in middle, refuge on right.
My tank is not drilled.
I usually order things from: Pet Supplies, Dog Supplies, Cat Supplies, Pet Meds & Pet Products
Should I go with the Eshopps 800 overflow or maybe go with 2 overflows like the 800 and 300, having the 800 feeding the sump and 300 feeding the refuge?
Then would I want a mag 950 return pump or mag 1200?

Go with dual 1.5" overfows and have one feeding the fuge and one feeding the sump. I would go with the mag 12, you could always tee it back into the sump area if it's too strong.
