Default Best Place to buy lighting?

Where do you recomend i buy my lighting supplies? Im doing a soft coral reef and i am shooting for 5 watts per gallon and i think im going with compact flourescence. Can i get everything at the local hardware store? Does anyone have a shopping list for me? Or is it better to try looking for specific brand packages on ebay?

The best places to buy lighting for over reef tanks are on-line at stores such as Hellolights.com or other on-line aquarium supply stores or a reputable LFS that sells corals. I wouldn't recommend places such as e-bay unless it is a name brand unit. Secondly, I'm not a big fan of compact flo. lighting, except for over short, small tanks and would recommend that you look into T5 HO lighting for over a softy tank.
